Learn the gentle art of ritual and the strength of women who bond together in a circle to share and to heal. Create sacred and safe space for yourself here, where you are accepted for all that you are and encouraged to stand in your own power to be all that you can be. Know that you come to a place where your guard can be let down, you can speak from the heart and you will be heard. You can open your heart and listen as others speak and realize that you are not alone with all that you feel. This is a commitment for several months, once a week. It is important that once you make the commitment to be part of this circle that you honour this commitment so that the bond can be strong, so that the circle will be energetically complete. Spaces are limited to 8 women maximum so that there can be a sense of knowingness amongst the women and a sense of familiarity. This can and should be a space of safety for all who attend.
